Principal Gail Vietri set up the Ponsonby franchise in 2004 after keenly following the property market since purchasing her first investment property aged just 25. Gail has a wealth of knowledge and a very strong customer service ethic gained from many years of service benchmarking and post graduate studies in quality management. Combining this with her passion for property has seen the Ponsonby office grow from strength to strength. Her knowledge of the rental market saw her feature in the New Zealand TV show The Apprentice in 2010 as an authority on rentals.
