Franchise Development Manager
Starting in a sales role for the printing.com franchise, Adam moved through to the group office in a Franchise Development BDM role, responsible for maintaining and delivering the training workshops, on-boarding and training new franchisees, then working with franchise owners on sales strategy and marketing plan development as well as general business consultancy. Moving into a Regional Director position, Adam was key in the evolution of printing.com and the implementation of online platforms launching the business into new client markets.
For the 12 months prior to joining Quinovic, Adam has been working as Sales Effectiveness Coach for Fairfax Media NZ on the creation and then facilitation of a sales induction course, along with ongoing advanced sales training for the national sales teams. Adam is an energetic and enthusiastic leader with proven experience in achieving product, brand and business growth. With extensive experience in adult learning and business development he is excited about using his strengths in sales and marketing to work with the Quinovic franchise group moving forward.

After 15 years managing corporate business units for McDonald's, Georgie Pie and Burger King, Ian made the step change into regional management coaching Pizza Haven franchisees in the business management techniques required to grow their business, achieving solid growth. This success then transferred into Wholly Bagels. Growth in sales here was exponential. Achieving a doubling in sales over six years, assisted with the introduction of franchising and implementation of complimentary brands to the business that made the Wholly brand synonymous throughout Wellington. The past four years Ian has been on the frontline for Interislander, leading passenger services on Aratere along with a team of 50 staff. Ian look's forward to applying the street smart leadership skills from the past 20 years to the Quinovic business model and to working alongside franchisees with the ultimate goal to succeed in growing each franchise, coaching franchisees in achieving profit growth through others, to work smarter not harder
Franchise Development Manager
Samantha Lacoua is an outgoing and innovative senior manager with extensive strategic operational leadership experience. With over 20 years of management experience in fast paced retail and hospitality environments she is skilled in growing business, products and brands. Samantha lived in Europe for over 12 years managing hotels in France and England for the Louvre Group. In 2004 she moved back to New Zealand with her family and held various senior management positions in both the retail and hospitality sectors. She holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration and is a registered Prince2 Project Practitioner. Her most recent position was CEO for The Woodward Group Ltd.
Franchise Services Manager
Tamsin is well known to franchise owners and their staff around New Zealand for her in-depth knowledge of Quinovic's successful franchise system and her enthusiasm for helping them to grow their businesses. After first joining Quinovic in 1989 Tamsin obtained a business and management diploma and spent three years in a full-time Property Manager's role before leaving for the first of two stints in the UK. Since May 2004 she has held senior franchise support roles and her wide experience has made her a valuable member of the Quinovic Group Office team.

Ann's extensive and ongoing hands-on experience as a Quinovic franchise owner means she is well equipped to provide support and training to businesses that are part of our network around New Zealand. She is passionate about effective staff training and ensuring appropriate ongoing support and resources are available to all offices. Ann has been involved with Quinovic since the mid-1990s, initially as Thorndon franchise owner in Wellington, then managing support, training and the induction functions in various Group Office roles.
