Brendon Stuckey is the Principal at Quinovic West Auckland. He has a background in engineering and manufacturing management, and says that the problem-solving skills he learned along the way have been invaluable in his work in property management. Brendon and his wife Glennis have also been passionate property investors for 10 years, trying their hand at renovations and repairs, and both self-managed and professional property management - including with Quinovic. 'They had a tenant ready to move in on settlement day and only incurred one day's vacancy during a tenancy changeover. I think that's when I realised the value of Quinovic's systems,' Brendon recalls.
