Tessa Keeling opened the Riccarton-based Quinovic office in 2006. Prior to Quinovic, she completed a Masters degree from Massey University and gained 14 years of experience in the public sector, mainly working for the New Zealand Police at their national headquarters. Quinovic Riccarton is a small boutique-style office with exemplary, personalised customer service.
Quinovic Riccarton are the proud winners of the inaugural “Customer Satisfaction Award 2017”. The Riccarton based Property Management Company was one of 32 Quinovic offices competing for the title, which was presented at Quinovic’s recent annual conference.
The Customer Satisfaction Award is judged using an independent company, Per-ceptive, which measures customer satisfaction through customer survey feedback. Tessa Keeling, owner of Quinovic Riccarton, said that she was immensely proud of this award as it is “a true, independent measure of the service we are providing to our clients”. Keeling said that her team had been working extremely hard at this all year and continue to strive to provide the absolute best customer service in property management to both property owners and tenants.
