Paul joined Quinovic in May 2016. He has considerable experience as a finance executive and was previously Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Loyalty New Zealand. He has worked in the property & finance sector and worked as an advisor to Cook Brothers Construction Limited, a Dunedin based national construction company. He commenced his career at KPMG in Wellington and completed his OE at KPMG in Hong Kong. Paul holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Victoria University and in his spare time enjoys running, tennis and golf.
Jeremy has more than 30 years experience in sales and marketing. He started his career with IBM, where he learnt the art of working closely with customers to help them achieve their business outcomes.
Over the last 25 years he has built and sold two consultancy organisations. He has helped more than 50 companies design and execute sales and marketing systems - using digital to create interest and educate prospects, through to helping sales people problem solve and close deals.
Jeremy lives in Wellington, New Zealand with his wife Caroline. He has one daughter at school, a daughter and a son at University, a labrador, a cat, surfboards and skis.
Tamsin is well known to franchise owners and their staff around New Zealand for her in-depth knowledge of Quinovic's successful franchise system and her enthusiasm for helping them to grow their businesses. After first joining Quinovic in 1989 Tamsin obtained a business and management diploma and spent three years in a full-time Property Manager's role before leaving for the first of two stints in the UK. Since May 2004 she has held senior franchise support roles and her wide experience has made her a valuable member of the Quinovic Group Office team.
Ann's extensive and ongoing hands-on experience as a Quinovic franchise owner means she is well equipped to provide support and training to businesses that are part of our network around New Zealand. She is passionate about effective staff training and ensuring appropriate ongoing support and resources are available to all offices. Ann has been involved with Quinovic since the mid-1990s, initially as Thorndon franchise owner in Wellington, then managing support, training and the induction functions in various Group Office roles.
After 15 years managing corporate business units for McDonald's, Georgie Pie and Burger King, Ian made the step change into regional management coaching Pizza Haven franchisees in the business management techniques required to grow their business, achieving solid growth. This success then transferred into Wholly Bagels. Growth in sales here was exponential. Achieving a doubling in sales over six years, assisted with the introduction of franchising and implementation of complimentary brands to the business that made the Wholly brand synonymous throughout Wellington. The past four years Ian has been on the frontline for Interislander, leading passenger services on Aratere along with a team of 50 staff. Ian look's forward to applying the street smart leadership skills from the past 20 years to the Quinovic business model and to working alongside franchisees with the ultimate goal to succeed in growing each franchise, coaching franchisees in achieving profit growth through others, to work smarter not harder
Bernard was born and educated in Auckland. He has over 30 years’ experience in a combination of the legal, banking, finance, property development and property management sectors and has developed a wealth of knowledge in the residential unit title property sector in Auckland and Hamilton.
For the last twelve years Bernard has operated his own consultancy firm and has actively invested in both rental property and property management enterprises.
In March 2016 Bernard and his wife Sharon purchased the first Quinovic Master Franchise licence for the Upper North Island area.
In his spare time Bernard plays squash and tennis. He is an avid supporter of the All Black, Blues, Manchester United and tries to impart some of his football knowledge to his son’s football team.
Sharon is a qualified accountant with 30 years’ experience in the corporate and education sectors. She has considerable experience in property management and property investment and has served as a Trustee on a School Board for a three year period.
Her focus on property development and investment companies led to a natural move in 2011 into ownership and management of a group of property management companies with her husband Bernard.
In March 2016 Sharon and her husband Bernard purchased the first Quinovic Master Franchise licence for the Upper North Island area.
Sharon’s interest include food and wine, travel, tennis and badminton.
Stephen has been a Quinovic franchisee since 2007, has been a significant contributor through many internal working groups and committees and has been directly involved in the ever quickening evolution of the residential rental market.
Prior to Quinovic, Stephen worked as a sales and support consultant in CRM and Financial systems after working as a process specialist on IT projects here and in Europe.
As a long term property investor, Stephen is well aware of the long term benefits of property investment and the importance of quality property management in that equation.
Tim has spent over 30 years in the IT Industry in Sales and Management roles most recently as New Zealand Country Manager for Amazon Web Services (AWS) working with businesses, large and small benefit from the innovation and cost benefits of cloud computing. Tim has a background of business growth having been the first employee at AWS in New Zealand and previously having established the NZ operations for VMware, a Silicon Valley based software company. Tim is also a long-term customer of Quinovic having had property under management with Quinovic for nearly 20 years and understands well the value that Quinovic provide in managing the relationship between owner and tenant.
Throughout Paul’s career, he has been fortunate enough to expand his knowledge and skill set across various industries ranging from IT, FMCG, banking and security. He spent 12 years learning the ins and outs of franchise management. His natural drive to understand each owner’s business is what led to his success in delivering outstanding results. Spending 9 years with Trellidor - South Africa’s largest security barrier manufacturer, Paul really sunk his teeth into the company’s extensive franchise network of 72 franchisees across the country. As the National Sales and Marketing Manager, he played an instrumental role in delivering growth overlaid by a carefully constructed marketing strategy. Passionate about franchisor to franchisee relationships and side by side growth, Paul is eager to support and develop the Quinovic network.
