Mike arrived to us with over 30 years’ experience as an accomplished senior executive manager across numerous industries, with many years of expertise and knowledge from his general management roles in property management and real estate. He enjoys introducing robustness and agility into companies, fine-tuning structure, understanding and developing systems and procedures, problem-solving, and initiating business development and opportunities for owners and clients.
Philippa joined us in 2005 as a Property Manager, and has this year become our Operations Manager, spending her time supporting the Property Managers in their work, and providing more time and resources into each property managed.

Our wonderful Rachel is the Group Accounts Manager for Tom's three Quinovic branches Kent Terrace, Johnsonville and Hutt. Keeping our accounts perfect is fundamental, and Rachel does a great job achieving this with her extensive accounting expertise. With a complete focus on this role, she complements the other specialists within the teams, helping ensure everything runs smoothly.
Caroline joined our team in 2009 and has since become our go-to lady. Caroline knows the ins-and-outs of administration in Property Management and is a fantastic support in our team.
