You'll work alongside a supportive team to ensure our property management services consistently exceed the expectations of both property owners and tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with owners and tenants
- Conduct property viewings for prospective tenants
- Complete vetting and reference checks
- Carry out quarterly property inspections
- Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repairs
- Manage property-related queries and communications
- Monitor and follow up on rent arrears
- Handle all legal documentation associated with tenancies
- Perform other property management duties as required
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:
- A results-driven attitude and ability to manage a busy workload
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
- Confidence in resolving conflict effectively
- A personable, professional manner with great communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy
- A clean New Zealand driver's licence
- Experience in residential property management is an advantage, but not essential
