April was an exciting month for Quinovic as we added offices in Whangarei and Pukekohe to our network of franchises.
We now have a total of 31 offices providing our top-notch residential rental management services to existing and new clients. These include absentee owners wanting great tenants while they relocate overseas or elsewhere in New Zealand, and serious investors who realise our management systems and reporting free them from day-to-day worries and record keeping, allowing them to focus on the bigger picture.
With such a large presence we make it easy for clients relocating to other areas to continue to deal with Quinovic as our offices provide advice and assistance, based on their local knowledge, in how to find a property that meets their needs.
Our new Pukekohe Principal is Marie Peters, whose 30 years’ service with the Royal New Zealand Air Force including a myriad of management positions as she gained extensive experience in strategic, operations, and change management. As Manager of a very large RNZAF service centre, her main area of focus in recent years was in the successful development and implementation of customer service and service delivery strategies that place the customer at the centre of the relationship.
Marie holds a Graduate Diploma in Business Management and a Master of Professional Studies. And as a property investor for more than 20 years, she has a great understanding of how to build and manage a successful rental portfolio.

Our new Whangarei Principal, Cathy McColl, has extensive knowledge of the area and a passion for property and people. She says the opportunity to help people find residential property to suit their needs, whether as tenants or investors, and to provide first class property management services seemed a natural progression after eight years in real estate sales.
