There is always keen competition among Quinovic franchises across the country for our annual awards, and 2018 was no exception. Award categories included customer satisfaction, customer retention, sales as well as the highly coveted Franchise of the Year and Most Successful New Franchise.
Quinovic Riccarton was awarded Franchise of the Year and Quinovic Whangarei was crowned Most Successful New Franchise. Other finalists for Franchise of the Year included Quinovic Kapiti-Mana and Quinovic Tauranga.
Quinovic Riccarton also picked up the Highest Sales Growth award with Quinovic Tauranga winning the Highest Customer Satisfaction and Highest Growth in Customer Satisfaction awards. Quinovic Mt Eden was awarded Highest Customer Retention and Quinovic Kent Terrace Best Overall Sales.
Quinovic Riccarton Principal Tess Keeling and Quinovic Whangarei General Manager Andrea Phelan (pictured) were both delighted with the result.
