From 1 December 2020, landlords must include a statement of their current level of compliance with the Healthy Homes Standards in any new, varied or renewed tenancy agreement.
Your Quinovic property manager would have already been in touch with you to make sure you meet the compliance deadline. This statement, required for new or renewed tenancies, is to be attached to the tenancy agreement and covers the heating, insulation, ventilation, drainage, and draught standards to be complied with.
