Catherine, who succeeds the area’s well known, and much loved, Ann Easthope, is no stranger to property management and the Quinovic brand. Having been in the industry for eight years both managing her own property management business and providing property management consulting services, she has worked alongside her new team since the beginning of 2022 to ensure a seamless transition for property owners, tenants and staff.
A background in property
In addition to her strong property business background, as an owner of investment properties herself for 20 years, Catherine brings expertise, insight and passion to Napier’s rental market. Her extensive knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act, as well as the Healthy Homes Act, will benefit many of Napier's investment property owners who may have fallen behind market changes.
