Ann, principal of Quinovic Napier, has a commitment to property management ‘the Quinovic way’ that dates back 25 years to when they established the third Quinovic franchise, in Thorndon, Wellington, in 1996. In addition to her role growing the successful Napier franchise since early 2008, Ann contributed to the wider Quinovic Group’s development during a term as Franchise Support Manager at Group Office. Ann is proud of the committed Napier office team and passionate about providing effective staff training. She ensures appropriate ongoing support and resources are available to all staff to enable them to provide the excellent customer service which existing and new clients appreciate.

Lisa joined us in 2012 bringing experience from the insurance industry with her. Lisa’s a very dedicated member of the team with great customer service skills and fantastic time management skills. She develops a great rapport and empathy with both property owners and tenants. Nothing is ever too much trouble.
Tracey joined us in 2013 from a background in the hospitality industry. Her excellent customer service and communication skills are well utilised in her property manager role. Tracey excels in negotiating positive outcomes as well as showing persistence in resolving some of the more challenging property management issues.
Nancy has been part of our team since 2009 and has a great understanding and knowledge of all aspects of the business. A great communicator and disciplined project manager, Nancy makes sure we are all up to date with the many compliance requirements around the RTA and Healthy homes legislation. She brings great organizational skills to her role.
