Martin, co-principal with wife Ann of Quinovic Napier since early 2008, has a commitment to property management ‘the Quinovic way’ that dates back 20 years to when they established the third Quinovic franchise, in Thorndon, Wellington, in 1996. During a term with Quinovic Group Office as Business Development Manager, he contributed to the success and growth of the New Zealand property management organisation. Martin strongly believes that the success of any business lies in developing enduring relationships and he says the evidence of that approach at Quinovic Napier is the high number of referrals from satisfied clients.

In addition to her role growing the successful Napier franchise since early 2008, Ann contributed to the wider Quinovic Group’s development during a term as Franchise Support Manager at Group Office. Ann is proud of the committed Napier office team and passionate about providing effective staff training. She ensures appropriate ongoing support and resources are available to all staff to enable them to provide the excellent customer service which existing and new clients appreciate.
