With 10 years in banking and over 14 years in property management Juliet is always trying to utilise new information, tools and services to deliver and add value to her clients. She has a direct no nonsense approach to property management and has been an investor herself for some years. She is someone you can trust to look after your best interests, is proactive in providing useful information, and services to enhance client relationships.
Juliet understands her market, is an experienced investor, and has a wealth of information and connections in the Nelson Tasman region. If you are looking to build or indeed start your portfolio she will add value to the equation and provide you with good connections that she has forged over years. She has a business banking background spanning ten years and she has grown her business from a start-up in 2004. She is well versed in the ongoing legislation changes, your rights and the market place and will undoubtedly go the extra distance for you.
Juliet has represented Nelson and Wellington in basketball and is an avid AB supporter.
Louise has had over 15 years’ experience with Quinovic starting in Wellington as a Property Manager and then working at Group Office for a number of years.
She is a highly experienced Trainer having her own company and working in this field most recently in the UK. Louise and her husband moved to Nelson 2 years ago and have made it their home. Louise is a seasoned property investor and really knows what investor and owners are looking for from their property management service.
Louise is second to none as a Quinovic trainer and our team benefit from her significant skills and ongoing input into the team culture.
Rachel was born and bred in Nelson, has lived in Manawatu but has returned to Nelson with her young family. Having been a tenant for a long time she understands what it takes to be a good tenant and what makes a great property manager, they have just purchased their first home. Her background in research, administration and customer service, have taught her key skills which translate into her current role. Researching situations and not just taking them on face value, being meticulous about organization and ensuring any issues are dealt with both promptly and fairly.
Rachel has a passion for the outdoors especially tramping which lead her to taking on and completing her BSc in Zoology and Ecology at Massey University and why Nelson has such a big draw for herself and her family.
Rachel is meticulous, has an eye for detail and strives for excellence in all she does so you can be secure in the knowledge that your investment property is in good hands.
Zena grew up in Nelson and has returned home after living in Australia for ten years. Zena has worked in a wide variety of industries including payroll and administration, telecommunications and hospitality. The common theme throughout her working career has been providing the highest level of customer service and finding innovative resolutions to any problems thrown her way. Zena is known for her big personality, willingness to get involved, problem solving and her excellent communication skills. Zena is currently studying for a National Diploma in Property Management.
Zena's varied career has taught her the value of clear communication and she prides herself on keeping clients fully informed. Her honest and straight forward approach to property management will ensure all issues are smoothly and quickly resolved no matter how complex or minor. Zena enjoys being part of a dynamic team in a busy office and has the knack for getting things done quickly and efficiently while juggling many different balls at the same time. She delivers informed, reliable advice to tenants and landlords alike and is committed to assisting clients through every step of the renting and management process. Friendly and approachable, Zena is extremely driven to provide first class customer service.
Carol manages our accounting process including the Trust Account. She is responsible for ensuring all rent payments are correctly allocated and our owners paid within five working days. With experience and a background in finance and administration, Carol manages Quinovic accounts, and strives to go the “extra mile” for our clients by ensuring timely delivery of accurate financial reports and swift response to enquiries. Carol is a very "safe pair of hands".
Carol has been a landlord on the West Coast and has recently built a new home here in Nelson. She will be using her summer leisure time to complete the landscaping at her new home and at the softball diamonds with Netball occupying her spare time in winter.
