2. Your money will be secure in our daily reconciled and externally managed Trust account.
3. Your rent will be checked on the day it is due - every time.
4. You will be able to have a point of-contact 24/7 with a ‘real’ human being.
5. You will have online access to all your rental financial records - 24/7, worldwide.
6. We will take photos at every inspection and you will have access to these - 24/7, worldwide.
7. We will email you monthly financial reports on the first working day of each month.
8. We will attend to repairs and maintenance within 24 hours, once we have your approval.
9. If you are not happy with our service, we will refund your last month’s management fee*.
