You will be renting a double upstairs room with a large wardrobe and share a bathroom with 2 other male flatmates. The home is within easy walking distance to bus stops, supermarket and shops.
There are two rooms available:
Room rate $170 + $35 Utilities
The House:
• Fully insulated, double glazed, and fitted with central heating
• Two living areas, each with a large TV
• Study and scullery off the kitchen
• Top-quality appliances, plus a second freezer in the garage
