There are two rooms available:
Room rate $170 + $35 Utilities – Unfurnished Double bedroom with a large wardrobe. Share a bathroom with 2 other male flatmates
The House:
• Fully insulated, double glazed, and fitted with central heating
• Two living areas, each with a large TV
• Study and scullery off the kitchen
• Top-quality appliances, plus a second freezer in the garage
• Plenty of street parking available
Your Flatmates: You’ll be living with three men in their 20s – three are employed full-time, and one is actively involved in the local community. It’s a social, considerate, and neurodiverse-friendly environment.
We’re looking for someone who is easy-going, respectful, and enjoys a calm but companionable home.
